Created to help single young families and youth of the BIPOC community receive & maintain safe housing. An individual does not need Medical Assistance to access HSS. Participants must meet these conditions: Have a disability, or be 65 years old or older Have low income & low assets Live in a place approved by the county or tribe with a Housing Suppor Agreement Here is how we can help: Housing Support: Finding your own home Talking to the landlord Getting furniture & household supplies Knowing & keeping your tenant responsibilities Solving conflicts Learning about budgeting & finances ​​ DailySupport: Learning basic living skills & social skills Managing your household Keeping track of your well-being Solving problems Job Support: Keeping or getting a job Understanding & using benefits & services Improving physical o mental health Becoming more independent Reaching personal goals ​ If you need two or more of theses services, contact us!
